Carol Burnett is one of my idols — you should know that already. But you probably don’t know that I’m an Oprah Winfrey fan. Seriously. I am. She is a force. I TiVo her show daily and watch on average of two episodes per week, often as background during hand-sewing or laundry-folding. Today Carol Burnett was on the Oprah show.

Burnett is a voice in the new Dr. Seuss movie, Horton Hears A Who. Jim Carrey is another voice in that movie. When Burnett did her famed Tarzan yell, Carrey said “See, to me, that’s like seeing Led Zepplin.”

Yes indeed.
